This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Phwando Organiser on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Phwando Organiser is an app for event organisers and ticket collectors.

The app helps event organisers view and authorise ticket pools (number of tickets), ticket sales per distribution point (for both mobile and physical tickets), ticket payment platform for which the payment for tickets was made from.
Ticket Collectors and the number of tickets collected for that event per ticket collector can also be viewed by the event organisers.

The app has an event message board which you can use to contact all involved with the event.

The app features 5 user types / permissions:
+ Ticket Collector: to check-in tickets at the event (ticket collection)
+ Administrator: controls all aspects of an event (ticket pools, ticket sales, ticket payment, ticket collectors)
+ Event Owner: controls all aspects of an event (ticket pools, ticket sales, ticket payment, ticket collectors)
+ Ticket Manager: controls aspects of tickets for an event (ticket pools, ticket sales, ticket payment)
+ Cash Collector: controls cash collections at events

In order to access and manage events via the app, one has to login via the login providers, currently Gmail. The following information is collected and processed for all successful logins:

The following information is collected during the usage of the app:
1 – Email Address: collected during login, to uniquely associate a contact address to a user to store their preferences and to manage their user account.


2 - User Name : collected during login, to personalise user experience during usage of app and service.

3- Login Provider User ID : collected during login, provides unique User ID from login provider service to uniquely identify user.

4 - Device information: this information is used for analytics, logs, auditing, fraud detection, checking of device compatibility (with our software) by checking manufacturer and model number.

5 - Device identifier: used to associate a ticket check-in with a unique mobile device. For auditing and fraud detection.
