Not a great app, certainly a one-size-fits-all 'solution' for the industry. There is a lot of navigating back-and-forth, and often it feels like there is a lot of duplication and time-wasted. I like tech that makes my life and job easier, but this app almost makes me miss the chaotic paper system we had before.

We need to be able to edit our own logs ie if put wrong medication down we cant go back into change or add information. Theres also a lot off apps we dont use can we get rid off them or add ones we do need also we give meds through the night but theres no timescales to do this so its all done under evening.

When logging reports late in the evening LMC does not respond efficiently. Thus staff have to keep repeating their updates.
