This app is great and when it works it's perfect. The problem is, mornings when you don't have cash and you're counting on using your credit card, because you need to get to work, and then the app doesn't work and you're trapped because the dispatch can't take a card over the phone! So make sure you have cash even if you're paying with your credit card, just in case you have to phone in. I've had a few panicked mornings myself because of this.

The service sucks because the application and late to work and say $7.25 and I got charged $8.25. Never going to use this service again!

Because the app has not been updated since February 2016, perhaps an update is in order..... The past couple of weeks I have not been able to use the app. I enter the pick-up location, next screen asks to enter drop-off location, but will not allow me to enter anything. I end up having to call, and it can takes awhile for them to answer the phone. After they dispatch a car, I can open the app again, and see that they have sent a car and where the car location is. I just wish it worked correctly.

This app used to work on my phone for pick up and drop off, reset my phone and reinstalled app and it doesn't work anymore. Also, the contact us page when you click on the phone number links to an unused page
