I have had a couple of issues that were handled quickly and professionally in the past. I am having an issue now that seems to be more involved than the past and cannot seem to get a response either by email or chat. I have contacted others that are having the same issues and we are very concerned. Note to Logistimatics: If you have a long-time customer on auto-pay that has an issue, maybe, MAYBE, you should take care of said customer....thanks, an about to be 'former' customer.

This is a great App and works good. Only thing is you have limited time for your Audio calling. When you want to hear whats going on in the vehicle or whatever it is your tracking you better make sure its close to that person. Other than that wonderful product..

The gps tracking is amazing and accurate. If your having issues its the cell tower reception not the device or app. However, don't even bother trying to listen on audio, its horrible.

This is a complete and total scam. Instructions say to activate the tracker, then to press the "have tracker call you" button. This just opens the messaging app and asks who you want to text. Additionally, after purchasing the tracker, they surprise with hidden monthly fees. I'm currently finding out if they even honor their refund policy. UPDATE: After a back and forth with the support department, they don't provide return shipping or even know how their own app works. Least professional ever
