Waste ,If you want to get the food you have to order before 3 to 4 hours or more.Do not expect refunds.They wont admit their mistakes.You have to obey them.Just a waste business model.Only because they have some nice restaurants associated with them they are in this market enjoying monopoly.KINDLY USE OTHER APPS OR JUST WALK STRAIGHT TO THR RESTAURANT, it will be more good.

Worst experience ever from a food delivery app. You order something they take the money, and that's it. There is no way you contact someone if the food is not delivered, items are missing or delivery is delayed for like 2 hours. You can't contact customer service, because there is only one phone number, which will be either busy or not reachable. It happened once, I called and complained (after trying for 10 mins straight). Yet it happened again.

I liked the older version. Its difficult to navigate through the menu as you have scroll down to see all the options. Earlier it was all side by side under each category so you just had to swipe to go from starters to main course to accompaniments etc. Other than that the new update is good. I was quite surprised when my order of 3 biriyanis and 10 appams along with a fish and chicken curries arrived in less than half an hour. There had been times when I waited for almost 2 hours. So hi5 for that

Ordered via the app once. The restaurant I ordered from didn't have one of the items listed. A guy from potafo called & confirmed it proceed with the rest of the order & said the refund for the missing item will be credited to my account. But it did not happen. Next day I called the customer care. They put me hold for some time & said they'll call back. That too didn't happen. It's amongst the worst customer care experience I have had. I uninstalled the app. There are BETTER ALTERNATE OPTIONS.

The new interface looks good but doesn't work Especially potafo Mart if I try to pick any shop it is always busy. Incase you are able to select then there are no items I don't understand y they updated the app without testing if the app works or not Raised the complaint several times but the issue persists Pathetic and very much disappointed with the service and customer experience

App has poor design of the interface. Don't know why Potafo is not interested in investing on improving the UI design. Edit (24 July 2021): Rating changed from 1 star to 4.5 star(5) because they have changed the entire app experience. The UI is now great and the app has become more user friendly. Reduced 0.5 stars because there seems to be some bugs. I am unable to set the location when the GPS is in 'Device Only' mode, aka location is solely based on positioning satellites (at outdoors), etc.
