About this app

Record movies silently in the background while browsing web pages, playing games, using navigation or even with the screen turned off.
Simply press the application icon and continue using your phone. Press it again to stop recording. Your movie will wait for you on devices external storage.


The recording duration in the free version is limited to 30 or 60 seconds. Please consider buying the PRO version for unlimited recording duration.


You can use the application as a:
★ Car video camera / dashcam - record your drive while using GPS navigation at the same time,
★ Background recorder - record your surroundings while making a phone call or with disabled screen,
★ Security camera - just leave it in a room, disable the screen and record while you are gone.


Features:
• No preview,
• No shutter sound (on most devices),
• HD (1080p) recording,
• Support for both front and back camera,
• Select recording quality (for longer recording on devices with limited storage),
• Recording for specified duration or until manual stop,
• Browsing / deleting movies directly from the application,
• Stop recording on low battery level to prevent video corruption.


Known issues:
• In some countries legal obligations will not allow to disable shutter sound,
• Some devices will record front camera videos with the wrong rotation. It can be easily fixed by manually adjusting 'Recording rotation' in the options.
• If movies are not visible after connecting Nexus 4 or Nexus 7 to the computer, the phone/tablet has to be restarted to make recordings visible (this is a well-known problem with those two devices).
• Some Samsung devices return internal memory when asked for 'external memory'. That's why movies are saved there instead of on the SD Card.
