Easy to manage booking.

Lodgify has so far been a great platform for managing our rental. The app is less great. The functionality is limited, but worse there are serious UI issues with the messaging feature that make guest messaging through the app very difficult. I eventually figured out that there are more details and option if I first got to the calendar and then to the booking details. Disappointing to see such a poor app for a great platform. Also that the app has not been updated in almost a year.

My experience with Lodgify has been an abysmal failure. For nearly 3 years straight, I've complained about getting duplicate emails each time I get a booking. There is NEVER a sense of urgency which those of us in the hospitality business realize is unacceptable to OUR customers. (I've been waiting 9 days for my current complaint.) The company seems run by apathetic programmers and entrepreneurs rather than people that actually understand guests' expectations in the hospitality industry.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I think this time it's worth writing about Lodgify. This is by far the worst software i ever used. And I used a lot, since I am myself a programer. Long story short, you cannot rely on Lodgify: the booking calendar shows wrong availability dates, so your clients will see your free rooms as booked. Even worse, this behavior is random, so sometimes your rooms are free, and after a page refresh appeared as booked.

great transition from another channel manager, no names memtioned, onboarding was brilliant, support team absolutely amazing, having a growing business so working well as listening to my suggestions for development as my business needs are constantly changing. would love to have a discussion with the developers if you can arrange that would be brilliant thanks

Doesn't work, tried to register through google, App goes white stops working, tried to register through Facebook, app goes white stops working, tried to register with just email, app goes white, stops working.
