What a horrible app. Pay for the program guide that is free on the TV? You cripple the channel listing hoping people will pay? What a terrible business model. User experience for the app is also terrible. All the menus and controls are unintuitive. An inexperienced intern was hired to develop this with zero oversight. There is no other way you'd end up with an app this bad. It's a shame too, because something like this could have been useful if done thoughtfully. I also expected casting.

not impressed, i thought it would enable casting capability or rent cheap movie but no casting and movies are really expensive. if you get the paid version you get a guide, if you dont, you get nothing that the remote wont do but you can see a table that shows channel number vs channel network which could be useful to help find your favorite network.

Poor selection, several channels had no reception. $20 movie rentals for films running free on Netflix and Prime. Not certain what kickbacks hotels get, but this is one guest service that need to go. 99cents for an ap this poor feels like I'm flying a Southwest airline and not staying in a resort.

Pointless app. All it does is show you the channels, nothing the default tv guide won't show you. VERY LAGGY. Takes up to a minute to register that you selected a channel. If you wany yonsee what shows are on you have to pay for it. Might as well just use the remote.

Apart from having some very basic functionality, this is significantly worse than the remote and offers no expected features like streaming/mirroring from devices. Even the remote functions are limited and do not even include number or direction pad.

Completely worthless app unless the hotel doesnt give you a remote for the TV...?? You cannot cast or utilize youtube, netflix etc. Most Hyatts have those capabilities, idk what this hotels prob is. 120 a night, let me use the F. TV.
