Tried the first time this week. Most of the bikes I came across are shown broken / damaged after scan (but they are off the map). Some bikes shown on map are not open for app users as they are locked by 3rd party lock. It is kind of frustrated. I spent 40 mins to look for a bike and eventually arrived the destination by foot. I finally can locate an available bike in my return trip. I am expecting continuous improvements in the service level. Thanks for contribution to the community!

Don't download this app! It's loaded with annoying ads and can never connect to the bike. I have to restart my phone every time to make it work. Worst experience ever! Plus, they force you into an expensive monthly plan. Regret every dollar spent on it! And it forces you to use all the credits within a short period of time! Do not waste your money!

Whats going about loco bike..I can't even see how much money I have.. unlike before, you can see all the details , remaining balance. Now is changed a lot.. you will expense 59.00 for 1 day? What if you will only used for 20 minutes? This is not convenient or practical anymore to used it!.🤬😠

After update the latest version, I cannot open the app and stuck at the loading screen.

The Loco service is excellent (bikes everywhere) but the app is terrible. Long loading times because of ads, interstitial ads that make accessing bikes inconvenient, and also unlocking a bike fails 50% of the time. The app also freezes regularly. If you fix this (remove interstitial ads and solve the unlocking issue) you'll have the best service in HK.

$4/30 minutes is a lie. Requires minimum purchase of full day of for $59. Don't even bother giving them any of your information.
