It's impossible to actually answer a doorbell call. I'm running it on a Pixel 6a, have been for about 14 months now. Our wireless hub is directly wired into the router, and the building has fiber internet (about 450mps down and 200mps up on average). The hub is located on the wall directly behind the front door, 12 feet away. Answering calls from app notifications will fail 100% of the time, requiring me to instead load the Live View. Randomly doesn't record motion for a week at a time. Weird.

I had to downgrade the app because the latest version doesn't report the door unlocked. Instead it shows locked in family mode when in fact the door is unlocked. Lockly is going from bad to worse. Very disappointed. Update: Latest version 2.7.9 fixed the not showing correct lock status. It also now shows if the door is open or closed like previous versions. Wish I could remove the Lockly Logo at the bottom of the screen. It takes up valuable real-estate on the screen.

I have referred many friends to Lockly and have five Lockly locks installed at multiple homes. Unfortunately, when one of my locks had an issue, it has now been several months and it is still broken. The supposed 24/7 support does not exist. Disappointing and frustrating experience. No more referrals from me.

11-21-23: The new update v2.7.6 has made it impossible to re-add the wifi sensor hub, including the new replacement I just received from lockly 3 days ago. There's no way to even update the wifi hub's firmware unless the app is recognized. It just times-out mid-action while in green light, then turns to red with error displayed, never finishing the link. Yall need to fix this upgrade or give us back the previous version. 😤 ...CONFIRMED! It is the app! I reinstalled v2.7.1, and it worked!👍

Worked B4 Firmware Update. Had minor issues, like guests couldn't figure out 1st time unlocking and had to do remote unlock. Then had guests totally froze up lock/system. So, I did firmware update and seemed to work (after rebooting wi-fi hub) while at lock. Created code for guests from distance, wasn't recognized. Even did an app update. App still not connecting to lock. Every time try to connect to lock, get "Poor internet connection. Try again later". But hasn't connected in over a month.

I had a great experience a year ago. However, now I can't even do anything through the app. I have to go Bluetooth just to delete users and I can't view ANYTHING on video regardless. NOTHING works video-wise. It was a 5 star a year ago. It's worthless now. -1 star. Fix the app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!
