Made an appointment for my pet, received a confirmation email, and confirmed it. When I got to the vet's office, they had no record of the appointment and refused to see my pet. I had made the appointment weeks in advance and confirmed it!

Westpark animal hospital is, hands down, the BEST!!!!! They are personable and are very good with your furry children. My 1st experience was an emergency trip. They were able to identify what was wrong with his ears and treat him immediately. When we left, he no longer had any discomfort and was his usual happy go lucky self. We were both extremely grateful. The 2nd trip was his annual visit w/Dr. Henderson. He was so informative and helpful w/any concerns I had, a very pleasant bedside manner

(1) why is this an app I need to download, very frustrating that there is no mobile web (2) why doesn't my pets information populate from the vets EMR... Forcing me type everything in makes me think you're selling my info to advertisers. (Read your privacy policy and t&c, you "tailor and optimize advertising") (3) please contact me so I can ensure all of my information is removed from your system.

Great App, anytime i need an appointment i just go to this app, put in a time and day and wait for an approval, which it always approved. I have done the request on Sunday and approved when they opened Monday. Fantastic. I even note what I need done and there is no question of services needed. They even get a picture of my pet. Love the app.

Thank you Meadow Vista Veterinary Center. I have been wanting a application for my fur children as I do for myself. It is a convenience that is priceless to have all your records in one location. It makes it so easy to schedule and review appointments, medication, and procedures. Less for my brain to have to remember thus the reason for 5 stars. If I am to grade Meadow Vista Veterinary Center, I give them 10 Stars. The reason for 10 Stars is because they are a forward thinking clinic.😊

Nice app! Connects directly to your vet (if they have it set up) so you can easily make appointments, keep track of medication, food, vet documents, and all that info/history for your records as well as provides reminders you can set yourself and from the vet's office directly (e.g. reminder for vaccinations due, etc) Helpful, absolutely useful app!
