I have signal and it's saying I don't have signal in will not allow me to do the check-in I had to contact call the company to let them know that I was checked in otherwise it would have been a $200 fine because of improper tracking I don't know if this will persist or not it seems like a nice app but it may require too much bandwidth FYI for Developers

They have my name as a chick's name. Can't change it myself. I called loadsmart to change it and they transferred me to a non answering line. Even if you use the app to track the load you will still receive calls about arriving and departing times.

It wont let me confirm the check in....it also the wrong pickup and delivery address....trying to pickup and was at the wrong place for over 1hour and 23min....so i just use the GPS in the truck and got there fine luckily I wasn't late.....im not using this app to get to delivery

So got a email from Matthews director , marketing check it out reseted my password and still can't log in, this app said it would send a sms I've never got it. Service seems slow possible spam!

Check's you in and out when you haven't even been loaded, it will not upload a pod.
