BRILLIANT idea. 1 out of 10 for execution. Spent 10 minutes registering. Tried twice to book and failed. I dont want to get my phone out for the app whilst driving in. Peterborough kiosks only allow you to pay per day (most expensive tarriff), however signs offer monthly and weekly rates. Staff in station can't help - phone help button operators can't help either. The old payment kiosk method was much simpler and hassle free - taking 5 minutes every month to buy a monthly. Fed up / gave up.

App constantly crashes and contains no useful information at all including the type of spaces available e.g. disabled spaces etc. It is basically unusable in it's current state. I have logged a case with LNER as I am waiting to make a booking but so far I have not received a response. Very poor service indeed.

The app will not produce a receipt for previous bookings so I can't claim the costs back, absolutely ridiculous it won't do something so simple and necessary!

It can't find any car parks! Not very useful for a parking app.

So far this application hasn't worked for me. I can't find any parking in York (No parking facilities apparently which is definitely not correct). Also the app's search facility does recognise Durham. I can't use the other features of the app because of these issues.

Doesn't work. For some reason thinks I am 129km away from the car park I am sitting in. Won't allow me to upload via my number plate And the Bluetooth thing doesn't seem to work as well. Thought it may be user error but the app simply doesn't work.
