It feels great when company listened to their costumers after doing few mails to company, they have finally updated their application. But their are few rooms to improve like when there is power cut you need to re-register the product to use, it should automatically connect to network also when network is changed you need to register the product again.

I don't have my AC's model number listed in the app's Select model no. option. I called the service centre and the dumb people over there were saying this is a technical issue and needs and person to come to my home. Is the person going to make app changes when he comes to my home? What is wrong with you people?

I cant add my ac my wifi name not show its just show unknown ssid I do both try with unknown ssid and manually add my wifi name results are same didnt conect please help lloyed and provide assistance suport alexa and google
