The latest app layout is horrible. When searching/booking flights, I used to be able to see prices for departing & return at the same time....weeks at a time. Now, I can only see 1 day at a time (departure or return). No way to visually compare/contrast days/$$. Text is larger and annoying. Aweful.

Almost every time I try to check in on the app, I am given a message that says "at least one person on the reservation needs to see an Allegiant rep at the airport", even when I am traveling alone. However, if I try to check in through the browser, I can check in every time. Sooooo frustrated with an app that doesn't work!! Please fix the bugs!

Can not check in online. Google pixel 5. Stupid acceptance statement over button at bottom of screen. Can't go further. Check in online with browser, app can't update and offer my ticket which is the only reason to even have this app. Had to uninstall just to remove a 2 month old trip. That reset this trip so I could get my ticket. Maybe you should include this useless step in the instructions.

I can not check-in. I have been advised it is time to check - in but the website is not up or working. I fly tomorrow but can not access my Boarding Pass. Simplify your check- in process. I' ve been waiting on the phone for over 25 minutes waiting for assistance. Most annoying...since no remedy to help.

There is no final "accept and check in" button since last update. Seems like every update something else goes wrong with this app. Have to figure out another way now to get my boarding pass. Not sure what good this app is if it doesn't have the basic functions available.

What is the problem with this app? Dates overlap and it gets stuck on a page and won't do anything .....I have uninstalled and re installed ? Never had any problems before ....please fix ..I am a frequent flyer and this app used to be great !
