Worst experience ever. I don't suggest anyone to go with Livspace.The customs scope team work was totally appreciable but modular done by livspace was horrible my kitchen shutters are hanging just in 2yrs.I feel they don't use branded material & just take the projects on their name & we get fooled by seeing their social media pages.Custom Vendor is still struggling with the payments they just grabbed the work from them & haven't paid.I feel pity on them as I have paid but was not paid to vendor.

Not working since yesterday. I regret giving my home interior to livespace. Been 1 year still not completed. 4-5 times escalations still not learning from past mistakes. No response over email or chat. Finally decided to send notice to them.

I ordered some loose furniture for my home. Initially there were a few hiccups like I was told: 1. Due to covid and consequent import restriction, my living room sofa with leatherette upholstery was not available. 2. For one of the bedroom s I ordered a leatherette sofa but received a fabric one. After a few weeks, it was replaced with the correct leatherette sofa. Overall the experience was good especially due to good quality products and very able site manager Mr Basava Kumar.

Recieved wrong order even after waiting for 3 months!. They didn't even correct the order or reply on mail. Customer service is worst. They charge additional 8% as service charge but no service provided. Site is slow and doesn't load half the details.
