Very bad service, I was charged over 65usd and the information i got was useless. This reader was doing guess work. I asked when i will see my grandmother she says next year and yet my grandmother is dead. I want my money back kasamba. I didnt even get anything concrete, just guess work and months and years.. anyone can say that. I want my money back

Very bad service, talk with one person was not happy then talk again with another one. Still deducting money from my account. I am sick and tired to resolve this issue from customer service center. They already took more then double money from my account and still not heard any word from them. Really annoyed.

hey uh ive never actually used this app but the ads are rlly loud and they keep coming up on asmr videos and it's not particularly nice, i humbly request you crank the volume down a bit. thanks xx
