Frustrating experience when no directional guidance provided in large open areas. Having used this app at Whitby Abbey alongside a tiny map with a fairly inaccurate marking of beacons, I spent a good half hour trying to locate a beacon in the remoter area of the grounds. I eventually gave up. As the beacons are solar powered, they don't seem to work when hidden in unmown grass, on a grey, wet day. Much more thought needs to be given to beacon placement and power, to avoid frustration.

The ammonite not working

Very clever how this app worked with the beacons at the Southbank centre in London. As I walked around, I received different messages from the centre depending on where I was standing.
