Something happened about a month ago, the app crashes every time I go to the checkout area. The app allows me to select my store, add my items and also go to the cart. I can even edit items in the cart, but as soon as I go to the checkout, the app just resets and take me back to the homepage, time after time. This is been happening for over a month, and I've tried restarting my phone as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, but still no luck.

App has not functioned properly since the last update. After reaching the order confirmation screen, the app either closes or forces you back to the home screen again. Anything in your cart gets wiped out and you have to start over. Reinstalling the app does not fix this. It also appears to have an issue with location services not working. I can manually enter a zip code, but the app can not find my location despite it being turned on. This also was not fixed after reinstalling the app.

The app never used to be a problem, but now it gets to the checkout screen (after restarting a few times from the beginning) and it closes. I'm not sure what happened, but rehire the person who kept the app running right. Something is seriously wrong. I refuse to order from the website due to fears of cc fraud. The only one that was worse is the Pizza Hut app which constantly closes and had double charged me. Again, rehire the person that kept the app going bec that's what this feels like.

Kind of confusing, especially with daily deals. Needs an update so that when a person chooses a certain deal or promo or something, it helps them build it according to the guidelines of said deal. I just sat here for like almost 2 hours trying to get the "deliciousduo" promo to work that is advertised literally on the main page. mind you, the way the order looked when it wouldn't work was exactly the same as when it did finally work 🤦. I do like the drag and drop toppings though!

The app and website keep closing when I click on checkout. Can't place an order to use my deal for 15% off. This has been going on got months though. Sometimes it works online but not today. I could have ordered and picked up by now. I have uninstalled and installed the app a couple times to see if that helps, I forced stopped the app as well. Very frustrating

Can't complete an order in the app. When you click Checkout the page resets back to asking for your address. It cycles like that over and over again never getting to the payment screen. Tried to reinstall the app and start my order all over, still the same problem. Tried changing what I ordered also tried to do a pickup order, still won't let my order go through. It would of been a better experience if the app just told me we no longer want your business.
