Simple Single Entry Door

You can go with a very simple single entry door, steel doors are still the perfect option for even the simplest of entry doors. You can use one of the powder coated models that is painted to match the exterior of your home or the shutters on your home. This is a great security option that is also fireproof.

Installing

Installing steel doors is definitely going to be a two man job. The doors are heavy so you will need one person to lift the door while the hinges are screwed into place, other than that it is a typical door install.

Of course experience always help when you are doing a DYI project of this nature, but what you lack in experience if you are willing to jump online and get a little direction you will make up for with knowledge.

The install should not take more than a couple of hours, probably much less if you have done this type of work before.
