Tri is a complete garbage. I've bought the Monthly Unlimited package but it the network has been down for more than a week, it can't be used for anything, so I have to buy another operator's internet plan. What a total rip-off. How can this thing happen.. total garbage. I regret using this trash.

Nice experience so far, but I gotta admit that I'm frustrated that I can't stop bonus unlimited packages, I hate using unlimited packages because FUP makes my YouTube go slower than ever, please let us have the button to stop bonus unlimited packages its kinda annoying

This app is hardly useful. Always crashed and behave abnormally. I have IDR95k balance and want to buy internet package worth of IDR85k, but it says my balance is insufficient?? Not to mention when i tried to buy the package via other payment method, it's always not responding. It's not just this one time, I have been disappointed with this app for long before. Tri please fix your app.

When i use this card, the notification is pop up from the bottom of the screen and its really bad, im playing a game and then this notification pop up, and freeze my game, just imagine a gamer is playing on tournament and then this happens well... Edit: my bad
