The most useless app and the most useless airline. Imagine calling the call centre and they hanged up on you and subsequently busied ur call. I do not understand whether it's the employee or the Airline.

Worst company ever.. they received the money then the app crashed and didnt give me the ticket, call center not helpful at all and they rarely answer, they not answering on the email cant reach anyone to get back my money.

Please and please if you want to book a flight Delta airline will be the best. Run from this people because if they cancel your flight for no reason your money will be lost and gone. You will call and call no body will pick up your calls you will spend money on international call rate and it will still be waste. Be warned ⚠️

App is not working since 3 days. No support at all. Customer service answers after several times I am shocked from your answer. I have to send email for developer to check the app? Instead of your team work out and solve the problem you wants me to email them for do them jobs?

The airline treatment in general is sooooooooo bad, i will not ever book on this airline anymore. there call center system and employees were the problem to lose my ticket. I saw that you have bunch of NEGATIVE reviews from unsatisfied clients like me. Better to close or change the system in general

My ticket was refundable with a 1500 egyptian pound fee ($95 usd) however they are refusing to give me my refund saying it's non refundable or only change Tix. However I'm reading their current updated policy on their website and I can still choose to be refunded if I don't want the voucher for new Tix. This airline just wants to rob you of your money and not adhere to their own policy. Stay away!! Update: i was refunded my money. Thats all i asked for.
