I had previously rated this app 5 Stars following a trip to Disneyland in October 2018 and found it to be really useful. However, I have just visited Disneyland Paris again and am now changing this to 1 star! Let me tell you a story... following a number of failed attempts to book a meet and greet with Olaf, I decided to try multiple devices. I used my phone as a hotspot and connected my tablet to it. Since my phone was newer and faster and the one with the actual network connection, I was using this as the primary device to attempt to book the meet and greet - with the tablet following shortly behind. My phone attempted to book a slot but was informed this was no longer available. As I reloaded on my phone, I tried the tablet and was actually able to get a spot!! Why on earth was my SECOND SLOWER (tablet) USER able to book!? Basically... digital queue jumping. This app is terrible!

Disney need to drop this app asap. I have been trying for 3 days to book Spider-Man and it keeps saying we are too far away when standing right in the park!!! 3 different devices so we aren't all wrong!!! what an absolute disgrace 2 very disappointed little boys. I expected a lot better form Disney and I hope they revert back to how the other park does it.

Disneyland Paris use- you don't really have a choice but to use this app to meet more popular characters at Disneyland Paris which is a massive shame because its so so bad. The whole process is appalling and shatters the dreams of children excited to meet their favourite characters. There is no alternative or way around it. There is no time frame on when the registration goes live and the staff basically told us that the app is poor and that's how it is.

What a poor app (Disneyland Paris), , if you are lucky enough to get on to book at ticket (so many users) you are given a time by the time u click (2 Seconds) they are gone, I have done this 5 times in a row and no ticket, no all tickets are gone whats the point. If you want to let your customers see your characters just offer booking at the hotel or in the park itself

The app is not working properly. It keeps saying that I'm too far away from the place for it to register. It must be to do with their location settings. I was standing right inside the location and it kept coming up with the error message saying you're too far away. This needs to be sorted otherwise the app and great potential.
