I can't use my hands very well so this app really comes in handy for me. I would have given at 5 stars but it is not always and I can't find any type of way to control it with my laptop.

Flashing blue light under my split ca king bed will not stop! Bluetooth will not pair to my Pixel2. No sleep is possible! Customer service told me someone will come to my home to fix the problem.

Doesn't work with King beds Since King beds require two bases, there is no way to allow it to co troller both at once. Needs better control or some sort of controller splice. Outside of that it seems to work fine.

After investing a great deal of time, this app will not pair with my S-Cape
2.0+. Owners manual has no information about the Android ap. Phoning
customer service results in a wait time of 11-15 minutes. Once connected,
they are unknowledgeable. For an expensive frame, this useless application
and poor customer service is inexcusable.
