Your Taxi Link is very reliable for the most part. Due having the app, I notice at times, a driver is given the call and refuses it due the trip being too short.

Trying to book in advance you need to add what kind of taxi you want wheelchair accessible or ordinary you have no way of choosing please add a prompt for wheelchair accessible taxi Have had you with wheelchair accessible and it was fantastic but find it hard to get one when I call in so downloaded app but no wheelchair accessible prompt

Old app worked fine, was using it frequently. Then it disappeared from my phone, and had to download the new app. After providing my phone number and entering the verification code, it keeps giving me an "unknown error" message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling over again twice, and still doesn't work. Was unable to use it, missed my doctor's appointment because of this, and very frustrated to say the least. Why mess with something that worked fine before? The new app simply does not work!

This is really outrageous. It keeps telling me that it will not function unless I give it access to my contacts. It does not need that information. The only reason it could want that info is so that it can flood my contacts with unwanted advertising. Fortunately, it seems to work even if I deny access. Much poorer app in many ways than the previous one.

The old app was deleted off my phone and the new one installed without any permissions from me. So it took stuff like access to my contacts, access to my locations, access to files and media on my phone. What the heck. The people who work here are amazing but this app is absolute garbage. It used to be easy to book it and now you have to zoom in on a map and find your exact house because the GPS drops it blocks away from me. Putting a destination is a pain because I'd rather tell the driver

Great app. Proobooking feature is available, they offer a rewards card for frequent users and you can track your car/call your driver easily. The text feature when the cab is dispatched and when it arrives is helpful. Some hiccups but mostly smooth use and reliable services!
