It's normally easy to order a cab. When trying to tip, the app doesn't enable the Save button but later I see that the charge includes the tip. Love the feature that locates where I am (I don't have to enter my current location) and feature to save frequent locations.

Sometimes the app tens to glitch and I can't see my cab anywhere when it's telling me that my cab is outside waiting but other than that it's an ok app

Good app. It's like many others that use the same software but the best one I've used as far with how well it funtions. A few things would be nice like the ability to change trip details before a driver has been confirmed so the trip doesn't need to be cancelled and rebooked once a driver is on route but details, such as car preferences were entered wrong ie. Wheelchair taxi, hybrid car etc. When booking a trip with multiple stops its frustrating when noticing an oversight but can't change it

Was a little worried due to many negative reviews but I had no problems. I booked a cab in advance for 4 am in the app and just a few moments before the pick up time, a cab was assigned to me. It was in the area so arrived within moments. The driver was quiet but I appreciated that he respected my lack of interest in conversation at that time in the morning. Overall, no problem with the app or the driver, it worked out great and I got to my destination on time.

I like how the app is GPS enabled. It means if I don't know where I am my taxi can still find me within a 1 block radius. And if they don't see you they call you. For the most part the drivers are friendly and my total is within the estimate that the app gives. Yellow cab is very punctual and arrives quickly after you call them. I have yet to have a bad experience with yellow cab.

Original review: Good. Reliable. A bit slow. Revised 2022: can't enter addresses; when I can, the app can't find them. Useless. C'mon Yellow, if you want market share, you are going to have to get your app $%@! together. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, nothing fixes it, and the place in the app where you can report app issues? Doesn't work.
