I booked a ride and it didn't follow my location. The pick up location was somewhere random. The app also doesn't let u tip at the end, only the beginning so I missed my opportunity to tip. The app overall could be better but it does seem cheaper than Uber or Lyft which is great

First time using the app to go to and from a wedding. Why was I charged a "waiting fee" of 80 cents and $1.50 respectively when we were outside waiting for the cab and got in right away both times? Never use this again.

I like this app, I appreciate the 20%discount and always tip a little more because of it. I do find the app a little inconsistent, sometimes I have to go through the initial process everytime I open the app, other times it remembers me. The "pay in car" option isn't always available so those times I will end up calling rather than booking through the app.

Glitches periodically with wrong pickup address, most drivers are late or no-shows. Had a good one recently [Paul, #300] so only reason this app stays. Credit card payments/processing is kind of sketch. Some drivers took advantage of me saying they don't get a cent of the credit card payments & tried to double dip. Recommend paying in car using cash.

Often selects wrong start address and will not retain an edit. You must choose payment type before vehicle type or vehicle type won't stick. Now I can't exit this review.
