Terrible terrible app. The map does not work. It steals your email address to spam with garbage. The only thing it did well was guess address but then the blue wheel scrolled for 5 minutes and nothing happened.

What the hell rated this horrible app last week and my rating is gone... This app is nearly impossible to use, will not let you add notes when you're requesting a pick up at public centres like malls so you cannot specify where on the grounds. It's deleted my bookings on me... So frustrating!

Map didn't work, driver made me wait for him to call dispatch and verify I had paid already even though it said on the screen "paid by app" and when he called dispatch couldn't tell right away either so it took forever to get out. No option to add tip after ride either.
