it needs improvement but it's pretty good. I wish they made it clear that you need to preselect the tip before you take a trip, because you CANNOT add it afterward. I pay for almost everything using EFT/credit cards and I don't bring change with me 99% of the time, and I wasn't aware of any way to pay the tip independently of a prepaid trip (maybe I was missing something). I didn't know this for the first ride I took. So this means whenever I see Amarjit next, I owe him double tip!! sorry man 😟

The Calgary United Cabs app has been very reliable. I can store all my favorite trip destinations, and I can track the driver once the trip is assigned. Trip booking is smooth and quick. I have used the apps from the other taxi companies (Associated, Checker) and have encountered major glitches particularly with payment. The United Cabs app is easy to use and I have encountered no issues with credit card payment via the app.

The app itself works fine for me. The interface is kinda similar to Uber, but the company's system is super confusing. I downloaded the app because of the 10% off promotion on their website. It took my credit card info so I assumed that I would be charged through the app. Except when I arrived at my destination the driver asked me to pay in the cab. After I paid him I got another invoice through the app. I called and did get a refund for the app invoice but the whole thing just seemed sketchy...

On my Samsung phone and even your website comes up with the Calgary Can logo and it blinks. Absolutely nothing else. I have no choice but to call. If at home I have an iPad and no problems at all. The drivers and cab service is amazing. I've had some great drivers just this issue with using Android products, a little lost here as to why.

Used to use this app all the time. Now it has difficulties finding drivers all the time. I've had to cancel two trips so far because of this.

Slowest cab company in the city. Booking half hour in advance at 3 30am on a weekend morning, they still can't find a driver. been matched to one several times in the past & I get notified saying he's on his way then the driver gets cancelled/disappears with no warning despite being 3 mins away. Been late to work several times because of this. Depsite the amount of notice for them to figure it out. Was able to create an account on associated cabs & get a cab faster than united. Done with them!
