Booked a ride 3 days in advance and they still couldn't deliver a taxi. Ended up canceling on me after being 20 minutes late. Would say they have the worst service ever but they didn't provide any service at all.

We have used this service before and was always good until the last time. Live in a gated community looks like driver drove up to gate then left. This was 5:30 in the morning. Ha to the use our vehicle and now will pay storage at the park and ride for 6 weeks. Didnt bother to call when they couldn't figure out the gate.

The app puts a default tip of 15% without telling you. If you pay within the app it doesn't show the price when you're about to make the transaction.

Scheduled a pick up time, came 30 mins early than left. Then continued to tell me to phone next time and not use the app.. racing to get my bags onto my flight now..
