Remote button continually fails to connect to the camera, causes the app to lock up, or crashes app. If not fixed will return complete unit for refund. *Update to my review* It appears the problem was another BlueTooth device interfered with the connection of the remote. At this time things are working normally.

I would rate this app (and support) as 5 stars except for a video problem that seems to happen on some Hauwei models (especially my Hauwei P20 lite). The video is skewed and the camera picture is only black and white. On my older Hauwei Honor 5x it does work. Support was helpful and initially thought there must be a problem with the first camera, so shipped a replacement. Excellent service. I then found the same issue, so attempted with my older phone which was OK. Support offered an alternate Hauwei phone as an option for me but as my older one works, I had that option available to me anyway. Excluding that issue, the installation was straightforward and with both my phones the remote quickly launched the app and video. F1 button also launches Google maps which is a nice touch. If you have a license plate cover you may need to modify it a bit or leave it off. There is only room for the plate in the area immediately under the camera. For me this is still good value for money as any other system needs to be more formally wired in and I am not adept enough to do that in my car!

Remote will not connect to phone. App is continuously freezing. I got it this morning and will be returning it tomorrow. Do not waste your money or your time. A wire also came in my package (which lools lile it can be plugged into the remote) and nowhere in the manual or the installatiin video does it indicate where or how to use it.

This is the worst product ever! My camera went down in Dec. They have sent me 2 sepearte replacement units and none of them work as well Software keeps crashing spent many hours trying to configure on android and ios. Support cant help so just find something else to use.
