I get screened out of most surveys before they even load, and receive sweepstakes entries as consolation, but I dont ever expect to win anything that way. I just redeemed points for the first time and was disappointed that I won't receive the reward for "5-10 days". All other apps I've used have instant reward redemption. Not a bad app, just losing interest in it because I dont qualify for any surveys.

They let you get close to being able to cash out a reward and then all the sudden the surveys won't load and if they do load it will screen you out and say you don't qualify. A wast of time and they just collect your information. I was finally able to cash out a $5 Amazon gift card after a crazy amount of time and effort and patience now I have to wait What 5 to 10 days to get the reward ill let you know if they actually pay lol

*Update August 2018: have had multiple updates to this app since my original review. Now the daily hit or miss works, but surveys either error out or crash probably 60% of the time. Tech support seems to be comprised of an automated robo-reply system because answers, explanations or solutions are never provided for problems that are reported, just generic text about how "because of the error you received, you will not be able to complete this survey". The app works decently on its own but the daily hit or miss crashes partway through about 75% of the time. Surveys frequently don't work at all (they never open, you just have a spinning circle forever), all of them say to rotate your phone but the app doesn't support that feature apparently because it never rotates, or surveys are impossible to qualify for, or the little zoom buttons at the bottom are in the way for every single screen (That's just annoying but a person can get around that).

Was really good compare to old app with all features but am able to attend surveys in Laptop daily but not in Mobile. Not even receiving a single survey in Mobile and hence a big question is why to use this app.

I didn't mind this app, it's not perfect but it worked. However I have not received a survey invite in weeks! You expect us to check it every day to keep a bonus points multiplier (even though 90% of the time the daily 'question' is a free pass), but why would I bother when there are no surveys to do?

Awful awful survey app! About to delete it literally answered 25-30 questions on 2 different surveys and I screened out it said ya they get the damn questions they want the answers to and screen you out after you spend all of thar time and they don't have to pay you! Seriously a waste of time and space on my phone!
