Рады представить Вам надёжный современный сервис, который даёт возможность быстро и просто заказать такси в режиме онлайн в любое удобное для клиента время (24/7).
Для создания заказа достаточно всего 3 условия:
- Адрес подачи определяется с помощью точки на карте (координат местоположения) или ручного ввода адреса, а комментарий к адресу поможет водителю быстрее найти нужный адрес. (Напрмер, ул.Юбилейная, 43 в комментариях: АТБ).
- Адрес назначения можно также задать с помощью точки на карте или ручного ввода адреса.
- Указывается желательное время подачи автомобиля: когда водитель должен прибыть на место заказа.
Также можно указать желаемые услуги (перевозка животного, груз и т.д.).
Как только водитель примет заказ приложение оповестит клиента звуковым сигналом и покажет данные автомобиля, водителя и примерное время подачи.
Весь маршрут поездки до заказа и во время его выполнения отображается в приложении в режиме реального времени.
Для отмены заказа нужно нажать на кнопку «отмена» и указать причину отказа.
Также доступна связь с диспетчером и водителем.
В конце поездки можно поставить оценку водителю, оставить небольшой отзыв.
В приложении можно просматривать всю историю своих поездок и при необходимости повторить любой заказ.
