Frustrating. App refuses to sync with meter. When it eventually works, I have to reinstall, but that makes it virtually useless. I am very sad because I moved from a Contour meter for which the app would no longer even open. I thought I'd be happier with this but still experiencing issues. Diabetes is incredibly common and yet we have no real support.

I'm not sure if the app sucks or the meter sucks. I have a Verio Reflect meter. After about 6 months, the meter would drop the bluetooth connection and the meter would not sync to the app. I would have to unpair the meter from my android phone and re-pair it to get it to sync. Finally gave up and got a new Verio Reflect. It worked great for a few months then the same thing started happening. I unpaired the the meter and now it will not pair. I get the pin prompt from the meter but no luck after entering it.. The bluetooth icon spins for about 2 seconds and stops, and the phone gives me a message unable to pair. Uninstalled the app and re-installed and same thing. Maybe time to try a different brand.

This is the nicest blood sugar tester my husband has ever had. I keep his records for him, it's Very nice with Bluetooth, readings go directly to my phone. Then send to doctors office. This tester also uses less blood on test strip. One slight problem is,husband is colorblind, and is also blind in one eye, he has a hard time telling which side of test strip is gold. Thanks So much for this technology.

Nice tracking app. I have not had the Bluetooth sync issues with my phone and Verio Flex described in other reviews. I start the app first and then use the meter. Sometimes it's a little slow to sync, but it's not an issue. I like how I can adjust the target "good" level, instead of using the default setting. I also like being able to view 7, 14, and 90 day averages, the comparator, and adding notes to my readings.

I would rate it 0 stars, if that were an option. I have repeatedly tried to use the app, but the login issues have made me give up completely. I enter my email and password, it changes my email to a username instead, and then will not accept my password (I changed it, through the website, to be sure I had the right password.) No matter how many times I reenter the password, it just goes back to the login portion of the app, without an error. Done with your app and your products.

The program in my opinion has a problem it is not always picking up the reading from my meter and sometimes I end up getting two readings because I have to input the meter reading and it doesn't read all by other meters because it won't pick them up for some reason so no it's not the best it's not even the nicest because it yeah f*** it
