I havent had any connectivity issues since we got the frame 6 months ago. I have bought 2 more since for the Mothers. No issues connecting there either. All of us enjoy the frames.

This App needs a major update!!! Haven't been able to download any images even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Says I have to contact developer so it is compatible with my Android S10+! Get it together Life Made and fix this!!

App worked great. I had no problems getting connected. Also have 3 children using app to send pictures to their grandma & grandpa's frame. Fast and easy. Read and follow directions, that's what they are there for.

Consistantly will not allow to send photos. Have to uninstall and reinstall. Now cant get it to work at all!! Dont buy frame with app. It is frustating.
