Poor service and customer support. I requested AC repair in summer. They have visited me 4 times already but their technician cannot install a split AC successfully. The app is ugly and minimalistic. The customer support is very poor I have not received a response since I made complete payment.

Technicians are not skilled enough to understand the problem. They do a lot of experimentation with your machines without any competence. Its been 6 months since they cant fix a fridge.

I bought the diamond package of Life easy services. But unfortunately their name should be life difficult. When ever I need the service they will not respond not even call after requesting the service. When ever call to customer care they will say no records in system by my number. I have to show my invoice which I got after multiple follow up. They will just simply deny that I have not purchased their package. Really pathetic experience. When ever I try to get escalation path these guys are not Sharing the details. I don't recommend to use their services
