Can't log in with my current email and password. Works fine on regular website, but can't access on app. Now I have to carry a current receipt to prove my membership and points. Regular website doesn't show current reward points. Both platforms have serious issues. Had to call to get unsubscribed from emails because profile page has no way to do so. Representative couldn't speak English fluently and had to call back until I got an American. F*****g ridiculous. Quickly uninstalled this app. 🤯

Horrible app! Keeps saying user name/password is incorrect. I verified it was correct by logging in online and even reset my password to see if that worked. Fix the app or make access pass info available online!

Can't even log in. Its a horrible app. I paid to be a member and I can't even check on my points. I will consider shopping elsewhere. Maybe somewhere that is more convenient and customer friendly.

One of the worst and most pain in the ass apps to navigate ive ever experienced. Love the merchandise but I'll stick to the website or store. Store preferably because the website is not much better

App sucks! Customer service sucks! Called because app will not let me login. After waiting for 10 mins, was given a secondary number to call. I repeated number back to make sure it was correct. Was a number to a bank! Called again, was told a different department will call me, they never called. Can sign on online, just not app. Ridiculous!

Lids online experience is not good I'm a all access premium member and they send me a code every month but when I input it everything I want is excluded from the code waste of time.
