This app is trash. What's the point of it if it sends you to the website to shop. And I just spent money on hats about two weeks ago and my points aren't showing on it. Who's ever in charge of this needs to do better or find someone who can. I'm going to delete it right now, it's useless.

I'm a Premium LIDS Access Pass member. None of my points show. This app has absolutely no purpose. It sends you online to search. If you hit the back button you have to restart your search. I love LIDS but I will be deleting the app.

This app is horrible I buy from lids all the time and yet it still have 0 points on my app. What do you we have to spend over $1,000 before it'll even give us points or what this is horrible and false advertising and a waste of time

Horrible, forgets your orders, can't ever go back to last screen you were on without starting all over etc etc etc

Terrible app. Not use friendly at all. Might as well go into the store to shop or get online on a desktop. Please over haul the app.
