For last many days it is not working. I have reinstalled the app, but problem persist. Message comes unable to connect to server, which is not possible over an extended period of time Today I found out that if you give wrong user id, (did not realise that it is case sensitive) then also above error message comes, which is stupid. The least you can do is give the correct error message. Is it so complicated to make the modification in the App? However I am giving the correct email ID, then also ms

Very Poorly designed. No benefit except online premium payment & receipt generation. No other benefits like: No reminder facility, No nomination details, No bonus accumulation details, You can not add your father & mother Policy details. No one point access to whatever available information, you need visit different-different tabs & sub tabs to find out d features. App hangs a lot. Was unable to add policies in mobile app. Finally, added it through web browser login. Need lots of improvement.

Worst DB FRAME . Not getting correct information regarding the premium payments to visible , glitches on view. Always showing as network error. Unablen to reteive user credentials with forgot option. this app is so frisky better to choose other partners to enroll for an insurance.

Third class service and they don't deserve even a single star, as their is no option there to offer LIC office and app as well. Nobody bothers about customer. Even after writing all complain in english, app is not accepting it, stating that all letter should be in English. They all are reluctant to customer issues. Useless

Very bad experience. The App. not working properly. I am trying to add my policy but failed to do it. The app. says " policy being added is failed". I also trying to register my grivance in English but the App. says " Enter the complaint in English". What is this? Update the app. immediately for good running.

Worst experience. Why this app is designed when login could not be done in last 2 to 3 months. This problem continuously persists with error messages regarding m pin etc. It is not even opening after trying even 7/8 days. Please rectify.
