Very bad app. I raised one complaint two months ago, now it is not allowing me to raise another one as it is showing that earlier complaint is not resolved. Very strange. Even after sending email nobody responded. After one year, they did not solve the issue. LG should remove this app from play store.

I don't understand why is this rated so poorly, but in my case, experience with both the app and LG servicing staff has been quite smooth. The app is basic but gets the job done to raise a service request, and the service is scheduled very promptly, in certain cases even within hours.

App does not list all products of LG like diahwasher is missing so service request cannot be placed using app. All products and services of LG need to be updated to make it userfriendly. If I have to register my service request/complain online, what is the use of downloading your App

Very worst experience, you ask customer to use this but their own team of LG doesn't aware of this, how it functions and all. Most interesting part their is no option of customer profile where we can update our details like contact no of address etc, so you don't know where they send your tickets when you raise from this app.

I read other bad comments and thought maybe they are not genuine. But after installing this app, I was trying to register my ac, and darn it's asking for model number and serial number. Where the hell should I bring it from? And if I am not able to fill it, I can't register a request. What the hell man. This app looks like is built without a product manager and third class college freshers. Completely useless app

This app is wonder and You have to make an account and just log in within five minutes my demo appoinment was done same day actually within two hours they came to my place. I am happy and satisfied with service of LG app .
