Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing G Theme Dark for LG V20 & G5 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I really like the theme, but I'm a bit upset that I can't use the theme anymore after upgrading to Android 8.0. It'd be really nice if this were updated to work on 8.0, otherwise I think a refund for people who upgraded is in order. Besides that inconvenience, it's a really good dark theme.

Mark, I have the Tmobile variant and it was just updated to 8.0 oreo. I have been using this theme and would like to know if it will continue to work with oreo

Has been made unusable with the Oreo update on the LG G5. Is there any chance you will be updating this theme? quite simple there isn't another like it.

About this app

This is G Theme Dark. You know what the G is for and that is what the backbone of this is. What you will find is the high standards and attention to the small details that you have come to expect from my designs. I have integrated some very familiar and comfortable designs and added some bright and colorful flare to really make it pop! This is the second of a Two part series.

G Theme Dark is absolutely gorgeous. It is pixel perfection with all the little details you've been wanting in a theme. You can stop looking for that one theme, it is here.

***Please note that when updating you need to reapply the theme after the update has been installed***



This is a custom built theme for the LG G5 or V20 devices running Nougat 7.0 ONLY that is meant for all users with no root required!!! You can apply the theme by going to settings, themes and selecting this theme from the selections available!

There are 30 different apps themed

~~~This theme is only for the LG G5 or V20 Please note that refunds will not be given for installations on non LG G5 or V20 Nougat devices.~~~
Please keep in mind that this is only for LG System apps and does not support third party apps. If you wish to have third party apps themed you will need to use alternative methods.

Stock LG launcher is recommended for best results! Third party launchers may present issues with applying the icons.
