I cant even describe how wonderful this app is, it's so user friendly than the other color apps, because i tried them all. It has a magnifying helper that leads your color right and you can choose thin painting to thicker painting, and a redo button if you make a mistake. Everyone always gives me compliments on my photos thanks a lot to this app i cant live without you.

Been looking for this kind of app since I can't remember and then one time I visited PlayStore and saw it immediately. I downloaded the other app (Color Pop) but it wont function but COLOR EFFECTS def did the magic! I rate it 4 because sometimes the advertisement shows right when I am about to save my work but it doesn't really affect the saving function. I suggest that you guys download this and create amazing photos!

Pathetic, this app does not save your photos in full resolution. It takes a 5mb file and turns it into a 200kb file and turns your photos into a mess. Would not recommend to anyone
