The app is somewhat flawed based on bus routes, which could mean either it doesn't work or your drivers aren't arriving on time or according to schedule. For example: Arrival time of a bus should arrive in 8 minutes, which should be around let's say 1:34 p.m. give or take 1-3 minutes behind, yet bus arrives at 1:57. That's nowhere near arrival time. Today same thing w/bus 217.

this app is great. I was using #GOOGLEMAPS for years, but it has become exclusionary, and for some odd reason #GOOGLEMAPS often leaves out the best, fastest, easiest and simplest routes. Now I use #LA Metro Transit, and though I am not completely happy with the application, it is much more concise and dependable than #GOOGLEMAPS. I can depend on #LATRANSIT !!

Really useful app! I love the favorites feature! Since I have a class that's pretty close to the time I finish work, I need to make sure I make my bus and checking the times from my favorites is so much faster. Being able to see the maps and news is also very helpful. In terms of improvement, it'd be nice to have the arrival times refresh automatically instead of retapping the stop each time. I would also like to have the ability to search for routes like on the website.

>> Attn: Metro Support << The arrival-time don't show up in the app for many of the "125" buses, it seems to be completely random which buses do or don't show up. This is very annoying since I use this bus to get to work and I cant plan my trip accordingly which has made me late several times. Please check to make sure all your "125" busses are connected to your network GPS, to fix the problem. I only had this happen with the "125" bus, every other bus/train arrival-time works fine.

This app just keeps crashing after the latest update. The 'what's new' states that it fixed the crashing problem when searching. They got that right- now it crashes when you try to select a route number. You can't even get to the search feature now. It was working fine before the update.

They somewhat updated the app regarding the automatic countdown and with no refreshing but the countdown is lagged/slow constantly. When I home key it and come back later the countdown does not update until almost 15 seconds later or just freeze. I would click out then retap the same stop for more faster results. Not much changed for an update means my rating neither.
