I don't understand why you need access to my pictures and voice recording because it can't do any of it. It's a bit of a joke specially pictures. And it's going off for no reason if you're walking around your house with the phone 👎👎👎🤬🤬.and now it keeps crashing all the time what a useless app

Original app from Lenze Technology doesn't open up, only black screen. If you disconnect manually from app device starts to beep, to stop - press the button on it, not very convenient. Though, if you do so, you can close the app, shut bluetooth to save charge and the moment you want to find a device you can open the app again, turn bluetooth on, connect and press alarm. Will work easilly if battery's still alive :) Connect range tested for 2 different devices is 15 meters max (3,28 feet).

It disconnects all day long. If the device is not in reach to reconnect, you're Fked. If you put one inside your purse and close the purse.. it can't detect, you're fked. If there is one on your pet, it wanders off.. it will be out of reach. Whether it be the device or this app or both is the defect, I find it useless and waste of money and the headache. Go back to Tile, it's worth the money. Itag is unfortunately made to thrown out

There's obviously some translation problems with the instructions better instructions would make it much more usable with the little locator devices

So far so good. Original app didnt work. Wouldnt even load up. This one does and was easy to set up. Took under a minute for me to pair up my dog trackers.

I don't know what language pops up on the screen when I hit the connect button... So of course this app is useless to me as an English-speaking American... No⭐'s!
