Good idea but bad performs. Flooded with adverts, to get rid of what they ask you to pay $14 something. 1/5.

I can build a file, and save it, but it saves the CSV file with the Cords in quotations. My Garmin won't recognize the data because of this.

Manually creating and saving a POI on doesn't seem to work at all. No wait, it does work, but it just doesn't make sense! Paddle shown on overlay map, but never sticks after hitting Done, it just disappears. Instead you need to click on the paddle icon again. Oh, and don't accidentally hit all those ads that almost covers the menu bar. And where is that CSV import export functions advertised in the description above? Unlikely anyone will stupid enough to spend money on the Pro version after trying this one. 2.8 MB for putting a pin on a map! No thanks. And why are Lat/Lon shown to 15 decimal places, when a GPS lock will never be better than ~5? Is it really accurate to subatomic scales?
