Just installed. Not working at all.

Works 90% of the time. The other times it just doesn't connect. User Interface is horrible. Timers are poorly implemented and the numbers aren't visible so you have to guess at how many minutes you're setting the timer for. Huge room for improvement.

UPDATED REVIEW: Thanks to the developer for responding. The trick is, when the bed is in pairing mode to wait until the under bed light turns off. THEN open the app and you'll hear the confirmation chimes. This solved my problem and the app remains connected now. I've update my rating from 2 to 4 stars. If the original instructions were a bit more explicit, it might have saved this confusion. Thanks again to the developer for the response. The app works fine when it remains paired to the bed. However pairing the bed's remote and the app to the bed at the same time is the issue and sketchy. I had both working together for a couple of months, then lost the connection to both. When I try to re-pair, they both connect as expected. But within a minute or so the app losses it's connection. Without the app, I lose the wake up alarm feature, as well as the timer position change. Ugh

Very glitchy. Biggest disappointment for me is that the timer function does not work at all. The massage wave function is pretty neat though.

Updated: All problems fixed! App needs updated: I have a split king and the app will not name each side individually. Hitting "set" sets that name for both paired beds so you are unable to tell them apart. I even went into bluetooth to rename the paired devices and that too failed to apply inside the app. This app is garbage if even the main functionality of the app wasn't tested prior to release. Fix it and I'll update my review. Also the developer email address listed on this app doesn't work.
