Very difficult to use. Annoying, does not display what you type and often does not let you change stores to find products in other stores. Also the app does not correctly show the products in store. Often they aren't listed at all, but still available in store. While this is not always bad, the app definitely is!

Works sometimes, frustrates madly all the rest of the time. For a world-class retailer this is pathetic. Even the feedback survey "is currently unavailable. Try again soon." The app forces an update on you and then ceases to work for all but the most basic functions (and sometime those don't work either), & this all happens completely indepent of your internet connection (& mine's more than adequate). I can't even look at my Favourites lists, which should reasonably be downloaded onto my phone??

Useless. Doesn't work. Can't find out where product is. Stock numbers often wrong. Told to call before to be sure. Then why have an app? Not to mention, stores don't or can't answer when busy. Can't get direction info. Just frozen. Come on guys.

Very poor compared to the SAQ app. Trying to find a product is ridiculously difficult. Rather than show available product by location it show product available by amount of product. So, if I live in Eastern Ontario and want to buy a certain wine that isn't available in my immediate local area, it shows me which stores that have it based on which store has the most down to the store with the least... Totally useless...

Decent, does the job, but there is a strange bug whereby about 40% of the time the Check Other Stores link for any product simply doesn't work.

Very unintuitive and clunky. More or less what you would expect from an organization with a monopoly who doesn't need to deliver exceptional customer serservice to attract and retain customers.
