Great app to use in conjunction with theme park photo wristbands. You can quickly check all your photos, download them, share them etc and the support is top notch. I had an issue with a photo not showing and the manual code not working, emailed support and they fixed it within an hour! Definately recommended.

Great idea. Managed to get about 74 pictures over 2 days at Alton towers with the yearly pass in June. We also had problems saying try again later. We did end up with a few duplicate pics but they all came through more or less. Trying Thorpe park tomorrow fingers crossed it works well there too. Sharing pics to face book is a pain as you can only do one at a time and it returns back to the beginning when it's finished.

Total scam. I wish I never wasted my money getting a picture through this service. Days after buying the original picture and I still can't access the digital copy. Stay clear of this company as you may never get what you paid for. 👎

Paid £60at Alton towers this week for photographs. And have an account for this app from about a year ago. Every time I try to load this week's I get a message pop up saying something unexpected happened, we are aware of this please try again later. I've been trying every hour for the majority of today with no luck. Really starting to feel like ivewasted my money now

Absolutely useless. Installed the app, bought the £30 pass at Thorpe Park and this useless crap only shows ME THE FIRST TWO of all the pictures we took at the roller-coasters. None of the others show up. When I complained, I was told that the pictures take up to 24 hours to appear. That's bollocks! You have all the pictures in an asset server already, they are available to Park staff immediately, so they should load onto the app immediately. Also, what's the bloody use of getting them the next day? I want to share them on social media as it happens, not tomorrow. Do you guys actually realise how things work now? It's 2017, not 1999.
