The app doesn't use PayPal. The app doesn't allow you to review your account with the provider and after you get done making a payment you can't print the invoice receipt with taking a snapshot first. There should be the ability to review the account payments and print receipts.

Great service, but app needs work. No way to cancel or modify requests. No way to change payment method after initial set up. Service date requested is approximate, not exact. If the assigned provider decides to come earlier, they can. If your gate is locked on that day, they can choose not to come back to do the back and you are charged the full amount. Also, the should be an option to leave a tip and leave provider reviews.

Maybe it's a learning curve, but my first experience has been nothing but a hassle. Communication between you and the mower are difficult, which isn't a fault of the app but a fault in the business plan. Time frames aren't given, and every day since booking, the accepted date has changed. You can't cancel services through the app, and I was told my appointment was canceled but the app does not reflect this. Not a fan. Would not recommend in the future.

the app does not allow me to cancel requests.. as the client, if a provider claims your request but doesn't get to it, it locks your request. I should be able to decline requests if they can't get to it but accepts the request. If they can't get to it when requested, we should be able to drop them. it's my time and money they playing games with.

BEWARE: The service providers listed are not legit businesses and you'll find no information or trail about any of them. This serves as a middle platform to be scammed. My card was charged and no one ever showed up to cut the lawn. I cancelled the service and my card is still being charged! A provider even included a picture of my home on the invoice to show that the lawn had been mowed, except the picture was well cropped and not what my home now looks like. Probably obtained from Google maps.

I was informed i was supposed to be able to schedule with my mowing provider and the is no option to choose them. I even checked my provider in the selection screen This app is not user friendly. I can only pay my bill with it.
