I strung racquet, then tweeked the string factor to match just strung poundage. Racquet Tune does good job of tracking string tension loss. I just remove my string dampener, rest butt of racquet on table and suspend center of racquet strings over phone microphone. I strike the strings with pencil or whatever and I get tension in pounds to plus or minus 0.5 lbs. or so. Just keep resetting after each strike of strings. Great Tool!

total and absolute piece of turd. Do Not Purchase. Its not simple to use, you need a quite room, and a proper small hammer or some form of bell knocker to hit the string ans get the right sound wave from the string to get a (+-5 lbs) ball park measurements. I usually dont buy apps, bought this to support developer and now i truely regret it. Is a refund even possible? guess not...

I was getting the out of frequency error, too. Realized I was entering the racket head in CM instead of INCHES. Would be helpful if the app had some parameters and better error messages, but I tried it in a few racquets and it seems to work amazingly well. Check your settings carefully!

Helpful for tracking tension over time. Priced right.

The video refers to additional features that are not part of the app. Manual tweaking of the string factor for different rackets is required. Can be used for reference and tension loss.
